Return Policy

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer our customers a refund for the original postage. We are also not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. Ptwear, please make sure you try the received products in a well-conditioned environment so that you guarantee the goods are preserved in perfect selling order if returning. All return packages must be sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit.

How to return an order

1. Send us an e-mail stating:

  • Order number;
  • Name on the order;
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return;

2. You will be asked to return the item(s) to us, if possible accompanied by a copy of the invoice. For this, you should ship the item(s) using regular post or any carrier of your choice, to:

3. Once we receive the item, we will check its condition. It may take us up to 2 working days to issue the refund back to you. The value will be refunded to the same payment method used on the order, unless you prompt us otherwise.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The value on your refund will be equal to the value of the item(s) you are returning only.

How to exchange an order

We can only exchange items for different sizes. If you wish to get a size smaller or bigger than your original order, you must:

1. Send us an e-mail stating:

  • Order number;
  • Name on the order;
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return;
  • Size of the item you wish in exchange.

2. We will check availability of stock for your exchange size and inform you accordingly.

3. If there are conditions to proceed with the exchange you will be asked to return the item(s) to us, if possible accompanied by a copy of the invoice. For this, you may return the item(s) in person in one of our stores or ship the item(s) using regular post or any carrier of your choice, to:

4. Once we receive the item, we will check its condition. In 48hours we will ship the exchange size to you and send you the tracking information for it. Please allow for 3 to 7 working days to receive your exchange size.
